IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF APPENDIX CELL WALL INFILTRATE IN ACUTE PHLEGMONOUS APPENDICITIS.

The purpse of the study was to analyze the content of the mucous infiltrate of cells of the lamina propria of the appendix using immunohistochemical analysis in patients with acute phlegmonous appendicitis. The research included 21 patients with acute phlegmonous appendicitis. The control group consisted of 15 persons lacking the inflammation of the intraperitoneal cavity.
