[Problems in the diagnosis and clinical assessment of atrial dissociation (a report on 2 cases and review of the literature)].

At registration of ECG esophageal leads in two patients with ischemic heart disease an extra atrial rhythm was recorded missed by standard ECG. Similar cases from the literature are considered.
