Objective: The personal experiences of breastfeeding healthcare workers may influence the quality of breastfeeding support provided. This study explored the breastfeeding experiences of nurses and support staff in South India. Materials and Methods: A qualitative exploratory study using focus group discussions (FGDs) was conducted among nurses and support staff of a newly established tertiary care hospital in South India.

The need for new antidiabetic drugs is evident, considering the ongoing global burden of type-2 diabetes mellitus despite notable progress in drug discovery from laboratory research to clinical application. This study aimed to build machine learning (ML) models to predict potential α-glucosidase inhibitors based on the data set comprising over 537 reported plant secondary metabolite (PSM) α-glucosidase inhibitors. We assessed 35 ML models by using seven different fingerprints.

In line with this, recent advances in biosorption of pollutants from aqueous solutions using animal biowaste-based activated carbon (AC) are reported herein. Apart from the fish scale-derived AC which is extensively documented, animal bones, among the rest others, have been studied most widely, followed by hair and feathers.
