Clinical examination, serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) measurement, ultrasonographic risk stratification, and fine needle aspiration biopsy when indicated are used to assess for malignancy.

White matter hyperintensity (WMH) is associated with cognitive impairment. In this study, 79 patients with WMH from hospital 1 were randomly divided into a training set (62 patients) and an internal validation set (17 patients). Polyphenols possessing low bioavailability require material carriers for controlling their release during digestion. This study used a soybean cellulose nanocrystal/polyacrylamide (CP) hydrogel as a carrier to explore the adsorption mechanism and release the properties of different polyphenols (gallic acid (GA), epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and tannic acid (TA)) during simulated digestion. Structural characterization revealed that the CP hydrogel interacted with polyphenols via strong non-covalent binding.
