On-patient medical record and mRNA therapeutics using intradermal microneedles.

Medical interventions often require timed series of doses, thus necessitating accurate medical record-keeping. In many global settings, these records are unreliable or unavailable at the point of care, leading to less effective treatments or disease prevention. Here we present an invisible-to-the-naked-eye on-patient medical record-keeping technology that accurately stores medical information in the patient skin as part of microneedles that are used for intradermal therapeutics.

Evaluation of a Longitudinal Virtual Research Workshop Series in Fostering Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Research Interests Among Diverse Trainees.

This Letter to the Editor reports the effectiveness of a pilot program to increase interest in child and adolescent psychiatry (CAP) research among diverse trainees. Medical trainees at all career levels were invited to participate in a free, year-long, monthly virtual research workshop series sponsored by the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP). Sessions featured diverse CAP researchers sharing their career journeys and research interests during hour-long live workshops with interactive participants.

We reviewed the literature on interoception and ADHD symptoms (inattention, hyperactivity/impulsivity, executive function, emotional dysregulation) in individuals with and without the disorder.

Molecular methods such as DNA/eDNA metabarcoding have emerged as useful tools to document the biodiversity of complex communities over large spatio-temporal scales. We established an international Marine Biodiversity Observation Network (ARMS-MBON) combining standardised sampling using autonomous reef monitoring structures (ARMS) with metabarcoding for genetic monitoring of marine hard-bottom benthic communities. Here, we present the data of our first sampling campaign comprising 56 ARMS units deployed in 2018-2019 and retrieved in 2018-2020 across 15 observatories along the coasts of Europe and adjacent regions.
