The 4-aminoquinazoline scaffold is a privileged structure in medicinal chemistry. Regioselective nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SAr) for replacing the chlorine atom at the 4-position of 2,4-dichloroquinazoline precursors is well documented in the scientific literature and has proven useful in synthesizing 2-chloro-4-aminoquinazolines and/or 2,4-diaminoquinazolines for various therapeutic applications. While numerous reports describe reaction conditions involving different nucleophiles, solvents, temperatures, and reaction times, discussions on the regioselectivity of the SAr step remain scarce.

Disentangling the contributions from fluctuations in the nuclear overlap size (geometrical component) and other sources at a fixed size (intrinsic component) remains a challenge. This problem is addressed by measuring the mean, variance, and skewness of P([p_{T}]) in ^{208}Pb+^{208}Pb and ^{129}Xe+^{129}Xe collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.

This pioneering effort has facilitated the prompt identification of these genotypes within the country, enabling Uruguayan public health authorities to develop timely and effective response strategies. Further integrated into this approach is a climate-driven suitability measure, closely associated with Dengue case reports and indicative of the local climate's role in the virus's transmission in the country within the changing climate context.

Acid-base imbalances, especially states with acidic urine, increase the risk for uric acid and oxalate stones, but lower it for phosphate-containing stones. Whether habitual high acid loads and high dietary phosphorus intake (P-In) themselves may influence plasma uromodulin concentrations in the long-term is not known.

Nonetheless, the impact of the alkyl spacer length of SAMs remains inadequately understood. To improve the knowledge, four dichloride-substituted carbazole-based SAMs (from 2Cl-2PACz to 2Cl-5PACz) with spacer lengths of 2-5 carbon atoms is developed.
