Venous congestion in abdominal inner organs in surgical diseases in patients with heart insufficiency may additionally impact biochemical indices of the blood and severity of endogenous intoxication (EI). Basing on the data obtained in the investigations, th was established, that the lower extremities bandaging promotes exit of the blood from depot, where it resides in a concentrated state in cellular and biochemical aspects. It promotes more effective accomplishment of hemodilution as well as reduction of the EI severity in taking of the autologous blood.

New data on differences in TLR9 gene expression in mice of the two strains infected with the virus were obtained. Reduced TLR9 gene expression in the cornea of C57Bl/6 mice was associated with their high sensitivity to infection caused by herpes simplex 1 virus.

Aim: Study of expression of cytokine genes in the process of cultivation of healthy donor leukocytes.
Materials And Methods: RNA isolated before, after 3 and 24 hours of cultivation of leukocytes of 15 healthy donors aged 19 - 32 years was the object of the study. Study of the expression of genes of 8 cytokines by the level of their mRNA was performed by using polymerase chain reactionwith reverse transcription.

Aim: Study of innate immunity genes expression (TLR9 and BD-2) in epithelial cells of mice cornea on the model of viral keratitis during the application of immunotherapy.
Materials And Methods: RNA isolation from cornea cells was performed by using RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) and "RIBO-sorb" (ILS, Russia) reagent kits. "Kit for performing PCR-RT in the presence of intercalating dye SYBR Green I" (Syntol, Russia) was used for performing PCR.
Dystrophin is a protein linking the cytoskeleton to a complex of transmembrane proteins that interact with the extracellular matrix. The fragility of the cardiomyocyte cell membrane resulting from the lack of dystrophin is thought to cause an excessive susceptibility to mechanical stress. Based on surface ECC we demonstrate the differences of cardiac phenotype in young (2- to 3-mo-old) and aged (over 1,5 years) dystrophin-deficient mdx mouse and normal mouse with the same genetic background.
