Influence of geomagnetic activity, atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity on heart rhythms parameters and wave structure was examined by statistic methods. Correlative relationships with different trends took place between some geophysical factors and child's heart rhythms indexes.

The effect of a constant magnetic field (CMF) on the hypersynchronic activity foci produced by penicillin microinjections to the rabbit hippocampus or sensorimotor cortex was investigated. The control animals showed a higher epileptiform activity in the left than in the right hemisphere. The CMF exposure enhanced the difference between the hemispheres, increased drastically the number of epileptiform discharges between attacks and the number of electrographic correlates of attacks in hippocampal foci.

Magnetic field (MF) intensifies the activity of penicillin-induced epileptogenic foci (EF) in the rabbit hippocamp. The same effect was obtained with gutimin. Injections of sodium hydroxybutyrate produced but little changes in hypersynchronous activity as compared to the data of control experiments.

Rabbits with penicillin epileptogenic foci in the hippocampus were subjected to the action of a non-uniform magnetic field (MF) of magnetophores. The maximal induction of the field on the surface of the magnetophore was 30 mT, the gradient -- 30 mT/cm, and average induction in the region of the focus --0.5 mT.
