Objective: To explore if Hewei Jiangni granule (, HWJNG) could regulate esophageal hypersensitivity via stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1)/transient receptor potential vanilloid subfamily member 1 (TRPV1) pathway.

Methods: Qualitative analysis of HWJNG was analysis by high performance of liquid and gas chromatography. , animal model of non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) was established by fructose intake and restraint stress.

Objective: To elucidate the anti-ageing mechanism of the combination of eight ingredients on the skin from a multidimensional view of the skin.

Methods: The target pathway mechanisms of composition to delay skin ageing were investigated by a network pharmacology approach and experimentally validated at three levels: epidermal, dermal, and tissue.

Results: We identified 24 statistically significant skin ageing-related pathways, encompassing crucial processes such as epidermal barrier repair, dermal collagen and elastin production, inhibition of reactive oxygen species (ROS), as well as modulation of acetylcholine and acetylcholine receptor binding.

Skin aging refers to a degenerative process that can be affected and regulated by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The mesenchymal stem cell secretome covers a considerable number of regenerative molecules with anti-aging effects in a wide variety of circumstances. However, it is complex, time-consuming, and costly to identify specific compounds from thousands of natural molecules using conventional methods.
