Purpose: To characterize the training received by pediatric ophthalmology and retina fellows in retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) management.
Methods: Pediatric ophthalmology and retina fellowship programs were emailed a Web-based survey to assess fellowship training in ROP management.
Results: Of 140 programs contacted, 42 (30%) participated, resulting in 87 surveys for analysis.

Background: The association of optic neuropathy, proptosis and chorioretinal folds is highly suggestive of an orbitopathy. Usual etiologies include an inflammatory orbitopathy, optic nerve sheath meningioma, sphenoid wing meningioma, exterioration of a sinus disorder, or an orbital tumor be it primary or secondary.
History And Signs: A 40-year-old man treated for systemic hypertension complained of decreased vision and floaters in his right eye.

Background: Neuro-ophthalmological complications of lymphoma are numerous and occur mostly in the setting of a known lymphoma or as the sign of a recurrence. We report the case of a woman who presented a simultaneous bilateral optic neuropathy as the initial clinical manifestation of a non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma.
History And Signs: An 87-year-old patient presented simultaneous bilateral visual acuity loss, dyschromatopsia, visual field defects and frontal headaches.
