Background: Granulosa cell proliferation and survival are essential for normal ovarian function and follicular development. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as important regulators of cell proliferation and differentiation. Nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1 (NEAT1) has been implicated in various cellular processes, but its role in granulosa cell function remains unclear.

After oral ingestion and passage through the digestive tract of animals, this microorganism captures nematodes in feces. Although many researchers have examined the safety of this fungus for humans, animals, and the environment, few reports have discussed the safety of nematode-trapping D.

However, the attainment of high-performance photodetection has been impeded by challenges pertaining to electrical contact. To surmount this obstacle, we introduce a phototransistor architecture, in which the WS channel is connected with an alternating WS-WSe strip superstructure, strategically positioned alongside the source and drain contact regions.

In recent years, ginseng and its principal active components, such as ginsenosides, have shown potential protective effects in the treatment of these liver diseases. In NAFLD, studies have demonstrated that ginseng can improve hepatic lipid metabolism, reduce inflammatory responses, and inhibit oxidative stress and fibrosis, thereby attenuating the progression of NAFLD.

We generated a Halo-TDP-43 knock-in iPSC line and performed a genome-wide CRISPR interference FACS-based screen to identify modifiers of TDP-43 levels in neurons. A meta-analysis of our screen and publicly available screens identified both specific hits and pathways present across multiple screens, the latter likely responsible for generic protein level maintenance.
