Stroke is the second-leading global cause of death. The damage attributed to the immune storm triggered by ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) post-stroke is substantial. However, data on the transcriptomic dynamics of pyroptosis in IRI are limited.

Methods: The KAFSP-Q was translated into Chinese by using the forward and back translation method.
Human activity recognition by radar sensors plays an important role in healthcare and smart homes. However, labeling a large number of radar datasets is difficult and time-consuming, and it is difficult for models trained on insufficient labeled data to obtain exact classification results. In this paper, we propose a multiscale residual weighted classification network with large-scale, medium-scale, and small-scale residual networks.

A representative volume element (RVE) model of 2D woven SiC/SiC composites was developed using CT scanning and machine learning-driven image reconstruction techniques. The stress-strain curve was obtained by uniaxial tensile test, and the anisotropic mechanical parameters were obtained by inverse analysis using a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II).

In this study, nanoporous biochar was prepared through co-hydrothermal carbonization (co-HTC) and pyrolytic activation by using mixed goose feathers and heavy-metals-contaminated pine sawdust. Comprehensive characterization demonstrated that the prepared M-3-25 (Biochar derived from mixed feedstocks (25 mg/g Cu in pine sawdust) at 700 °C with activator ratios of 3) possesses a high specific surface area 2501.
