In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a widely used assisted reproductive technology to achieve a successful pregnancy. However, the acquisition of oxidative stress in embryo in vitro culture impairs its competence. Here, we demonstrated that a nuclear coding gene, methyltransferase-like protein 7A (METTL7A), improves the developmental potential of bovine embryos.

However, the current preparation methods for aerogels still mainly rely on high-cost solutions, such as freeze-drying or supercritical drying. Herein, a preparation scheme for aerogels that can be realized under atmospheric pressure conditions is reported.

Methods: This prospective cohort study included 169 patients with large atherosclerotic ischemic stroke who underwent head and neck combined HR-VWI from April 2022 to May 2023. The baseline clinical data and atherosclerotic plaque characteristics of the intracranial and extracranial carotid arteries were collected, and the patients were followed up for 1 year, with the endpoint event defined as recurrent ischemic stroke.
Purpose: To assess the activity and toxicity of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC)+tislelizumab+lenvatinib (HAIC+tisle+len) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) type IV (Vp4 hCC) in a real-world context.
Methods: Fifty-five patients, with Vp4 hCC receiving HAIC+tisle+len therapy from April 2021 to December 2022, were analyzed retrospectively. Data on patient characteristics, adverse events (AEs), treatment, and survival were collected.

Objective: This study aimed to compare the expression of lymphoid enhancer factor 1 (LEF1) and β-catenin in basal cell adenoma (BA), desmoid-type fibromatosis (DF), and pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) to evaluate their diagnostic utility in tumors associated with the WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway harboring the mutation of CTNNB1 gene 3 exon.
Methods: Eighty tumor patients, including 26 BAs, 30 DFs, and 24 SPNs, were analyzed. Immunohistochemical staining was identified positive (nuclear staining of LEF1 and β-catenin in > 50% of tumor cells).
