[Comparative evaluation of selenium enriched bakerrs yeast autolysate and its soluble fraction antigenic properties].

Circulating IgG antibodies were measured in 192 sera of children aged from 4 months to 17 years suffering from different forms of food hypersensitivity against antigen of selenium enriched baker's yeast autolysate and its soluble fraction and also against antigens of 24 common foods (milk, egg, meat, vegetables, fruits). It was shown that yeast autolysate could be attributed as a product with weak sensitizing activity if antibody titers were compared in general group of patients or in children aged below 3 years. Removal of cell's coats from centrifugation clarified autolysate diminished its sensitizing properties in great extent.

[Estimation of the allergenicity of specialized canned baby food made from fish, vegetables, and grains].

The influence of consumption of rations containing canned baby foods from mirror carp and Black Sea mullet on severity of system anaphylactic reaction to model food allergen in rats was studied and the level of antibodies to proteins of Black Sea mullet, mirror carp, Alaska Pollack, trout and big head was determined in serum of infants, suffering from food allergy through immune-enzyme analysis.

[Role of polyunsaturated fatty acids in diet therapy of children with allergic diseases].

135 pediatric patients receiving hypoallergic diet were included into the study group. The control group consisted of 20 children. The impact of PUFA omega-3 biologically active supplements (polyen, prima-Oil) was studied in hypoallergic rations.
