A case of the d'emblée variant of mycosis fungoides is presented to confirm the validity of this rare variant of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. The patient had rapidly progressing cutaneous tumors of mycosis fungoides with no internal organ or nodal involvement at the onset of the disease. This was confirmed at a laparotomy, which was done to remove a uterine leiomyoma.

We describe herein a patient in whose family 11 of 20 members have a palmoplantar keratoderma. The pathologic findings in the proband were those of epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. As in the other families described, the disease was found to be inherited as an autosomal dominant trait.

Papulonodular eruptions from certain bromide and iodide preparations are widely recognized entities, but skin lesions following fluoride ingestion are rare. Modern prophylaxis for postirradiation dental caries includes the use of fluoride gel preparations applied to the teeth. In two patients receiving such therapy a papulonodular eruption developed, similar to the recognized halogenodermas.

Ordered arrays of thin filaments (65 A diameter) along with other apparently random arrangements of thin and thick filaments (100-200 A diameter) are observed in contracted guinea pig taenia coli rapidly fixed in glutaraldehyde. The thin-filament arrays vary from a few to more than 100 filaments in each array. The arrays are scattered among isolated thin and thick filaments.
