The diffuse Galactic gamma-ray emission is a very important tool used to study the propagation and interaction of cosmic rays in the Milky Way. In this Letter, we report the measurements of the diffuse emission from the Galactic plane-covering Galactic longitudes from 15° to 235° and latitudes from -5° to +5°, in an energy range of 1 to 25 TeV-made with the Water Cherenkov Detector Array (WCDA) of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory. After the sky regions of known sources are masked, the diffuse emission is detected with 24.

Understanding the tensile mechanical properties of Al-Er alloys at the atomic scale is essential, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations offer valuable insights. However, these simulations are constrained by the unavailability of suitable interatomic potentials. In this study, the deep potential (DP) approach, aided by high-throughput first-principles calculations, was utilized to develop an Al-Er interatomic potential specifically for MD simulations.

Vascular calcification is an important risk factor related to all-cause mortality of cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Vascular extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins have been demonstrated to regulate vascular calcification. ECM protein thrombospondin 1 (THBS1/TSP-1) plays a critical role in the regulation of vascular diseases.

Purpose: The incidence and mortality of hepatocellular carcinoma are still high according to National Cancer Center of China. Atezolizumab plus bevacizumab has become one of the standard regimens for the first-line treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. However, some patients still use lenvatinib in combination with immunotherapy instead of a standard "atezolizumab-bevacizumab" regimen as a lower risk of bleeding in patients with esophagogastric varices.

Vrafmurine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B (BRAF) mutations, including both V600E and non-V600E variants, are infrequent in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), representing approximately 2% of lung adenocarcinomas. Activated BRAF mutations are regarded as an underappreciated oncogenic driver in NSCLC, typically occurring in a mutually exclusive manner with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations, as well as ALK and ROS1 rearrangements. In recent years, advancements in multiple-gene panel testing have demonstrated that EGFR mutations and BRAF mutations can coexist.
