Objective: To evaluate Dydrogesterone's effectiveness in PPOS protocols for IVF/ICSI or oocyte cryopreservation, focusing on LH surge suppression and metaphase II oocyte yield.
Methods: A retrospective, comparative, single-center study of 550 IVF/ICSI and 186 oocyte cryopreservation cycles was conducted from January 2018 to December 2020. Exclusion criteria included endometriosis, previous ovarian surgery, ovarian insufficiency, and abnormal FSH/LH levels.

Background And Aims: Notch1 protein plays a significant role in hepatic metabolism, as evidenced by its correlation with insulin resistance in the livers of obese individuals, making it an intriguing research target. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of aerobic exercise on Notch1 pathways in the hepatic tissue of obese mice and its role in controlling hepatic metabolism.
Methods: Therefore, we conducted a cross-sectional study utilising liver biopsies from lean and obese humans, as well as an intervention study involving mice subjected to a high-fat diet.

Nuclear receptors such as glucocorticoid receptors (GRs) are transcription factors with prominent regulatory effects on neuroinflammation. Agathisflavone is a biflavonoid that demonstrates neurogenic, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and pro-myelinogenic effects in vitro. This study investigated whether the control of glial reactivity by agathisflavone is mediated by GRs.
