Increased endothelial cell proliferation is a hallmark of arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). Here, we report a cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6)-driven mechanism of cell cycle deregulation involved in endothelial cell proliferation and HHT pathology.
