A prospective observational study was conducted in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery, Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, Mymensingh, Bangladesh from January 2020 to June 2022, to see the outcome of the flap for coverage of defects over the posterior aspect of ankle joint and heel. A total number of 09 patients, selected by purposive sampling, were included in the study.
