Two near full-length sequences of vesicular stomatitis Indiana virus (VSIV), representing endemic VSIV lineages circulating in cattle in Mexico, are reported. These sequences will allow us to gain more insight into the genetic relationship between endemic viruses in Mexico and the emergence of epizootic lineages in the United States.

Importance: All children experience upper respiratory tract illnesses (URI) caused by viral infections. However, some of these illnesses progress to the lower airways. Although studies have found infection with certain viral species are more likely to trigger lower respiratory illnesses (LRIs), a comprehensive analysis of viruses underlying early-life LRIs is lacking.

Binding Studies of a Luminescent Pt(II) Organometallic Calix[4]pyrrole with Halide Salts.

We report the synthesis of a luminescent Pt(II) complex, , based on a "two-wall" aryl-extended calix[4]pyrrole (C[4]P). We characterize its binding properties as a receptor of methyl trioctyl ammonium chloride () in a dichloromethane solution. To this end, we performed H NMR and UV-vis spectroscopic titrations.

Preparing to implement Floreciendo with Latina teens and their female caregivers: Integrating implementation science and the multiphase optimization strategy framework.

Background: Practical examples of studies integrating implementation science and the multiphase optimization strategy (MOST) framework are lacking. Floreciendo is a sexual and reproductive health program for Latina teens and their female caregivers, adapted from the IMARA evidence-based program.

Purpose: We prepared for delivering Floreciendo by developing an implementation plan to support the program's adoption and sustainment.
