The precise measurement of forces is one way to obtain deep insight into the fundamental interactions present in nature. In the context of neutral antimatter, the gravitational interaction is of high interest, potentially revealing new forces that violate the weak equivalence principle. Here we report on a successful extension of a tool from atom optics--the moiré deflectometer--for a measurement of the acceleration of slow antiprotons.

Prognosis for this disease is variable and very few biomarkers to predict disease evolution or outcome are currently known. We have performed comprehensive screening in our large cohort of mastocytosis patients for mutations previously found in other myeloid diseases and that could serve as prognostic indicators.

We developed and validated quantitative bioanalytical liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry assay for the protein kinase inhibitor, midostaurin. Plasma samples were pre-treated using a protein precipitation with methanol containing midostaurin-d5 as an internal standard. After centrifugation, 5μL of the supernatant was injected into the chromatographic system.
