Background: Thermal left atrial ablation can cause bronchial damage. Pulsed field ablation (PFA) is a novel, nonthermal ablation modality for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. We report on bronchial effects after pulmonary vein isolation using PFA for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
