Osteoporosis is a chronic degenerative disease of bones in which the primary type of it affects generally women after postmenopause. According to the literature the panoramic indices are valuable morphometric and visual tools to detect the disorder in a n early and asymptomnatic stage. The goals of study were to evaluate the reproducibility of mandibular cortical and panoramic indices and to assess population-specific index parameters.

Objective: To investigate whether transvaginal power Doppler imaging of the vascularity improves the ultrasound detection rate of endometrial polyps in symptomatic and asymptomatic patients.

Study Design: Forty-one patients with endometrial polyps confirmed by operative hysteroscopy and histologic examination. They were all examined with grey-scale and subsequent power Doppler enhanced ultrasound preoperatively according to the same protocol.

Study Objective: To measure the efficacy of transcervical hysteroscopic fibroid resection (TCRM) among the authors' patients.

Study Design: In one department, 73 transcervical hysteroscopic fibroid resections were performed on 68 patients over a 6-year period. Using a computerized database and mailed questionnaires, 58 patients were followed up.

Objects: Authors would like to measure the successfulness of a modern endoscopic operative method among their own patients and the outcome of the pregnancies.

Methods: Between 1st of January 1993 and 31st of December 1999 authors performed hysteroscopic septotomy in 66 patients with the history of recurrent miscarriage or uterus septum causing infertility.
