We present a visual analytics approach for multi-level visual exploration of users' interaction strategies in an interactive digital environment. The use of interactive touchscreen exhibits in informal learning environments, such as museums and science centers, often incorporate frameworks that classify learning processes, such as Bloom's taxonomy, to achieve better user engagement and knowledge transfer. To analyze user behavior within these digital environments, interaction logs are recorded to capture diverse exploration strategies.

Room-scale immersive data visualisations provide viewers a wide-scale overview of a large dataset, but to interact precisely with individual data points they typically have to navigate to change their point of view. In traditional screen-based visualisations, focus-and-context techniques allow visualisation users to keep a full dataset in view while making detailed selections. Through their footprint throughout their life cycle, from production to use, medicines have a significant impact on the environment. Reducing this impact is rarely considered from the perspective of the choices that healthcare professionals might have to make when prescribing or dispensing medicines. Should we consider environmental impact, alongside effectiveness and tolerance, one of the dimensions of the proper use of medicines? To address this question, the 5th Forum of the Association for the Proper Use of Medicines highlighted the main sources of pharmaceutical pollution: the carbon footprint linked to production, greenhouse gas emissions, the impact of residues on water and waste from packaging.

An experimental setup was devised to investigate the permeability of cocoa bean seed coat and pulp to key volatile compounds during fermentation. Four labeled compounds (ethyl acetate-3, ethyl octanoate-15, 2-phenylethanol-5, linalool-5) and 2 unlabeled (beta-damascenone, delta-decalactone) were chosen for the investigation. The beans (cotyledons), depulped beans, or pulped beans were immersed separately in a concentrated solution of these volatile compounds at 36 or 46 °C for durations ranging from 3 to 120 h.
