The authors present two cases of conjunctival pediatric-type follicular lymphoma. A 14-year-old Black boy and 14-year-old Black girl were each referred for evaluation of a painless salmon-colored conjunctival lesion. Both patients underwent excisional biopsy.

These entities can be both vision- and life-threatening and may be associated with systemic disease. Given their relative rarity, pediatricians must be aware of these conditions and understand what findings warrant immediate referral to an ophthalmologist for initiation of further testing.
