Background: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with a genetic predisposition and autoimmune component, often treated with immunomodulators such as biologic therapies.
Objectives: In this study, the authors evaluated the effectiveness and safety of two of these over a 52-week treatment period.
Methods: A double-center retrospective cohort study was conducted, enrolling patients with moderate to severe psoriasis who received either guselkumab or risankizumab at dermatology clinics for a minimum of 52-weeks.
Methotrexate (MTX) is commonly used as first-line systemic treatment agent in psoriasis. We aimed to evaluate the clinical characteristics and treatment responses of patients with psoriasis undergoing MTX monotherapy. Data from adult patients with plaque psoriasis who received MTX monotherapy for at least 3 months between April 2012 and April 2022 were retrospectively evaluated in 19 tertiary care centers.

Objective: We aimed to evaluate the demographic, clinical characteristics, treatments and factors affecting the treatment responses of patients with PG.

Objectives: Skin cancers are the most common type of cancer with a significantly increasing incidence. The purpose of the study was to uncover the one-year frequency of melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers (NMSC) and to determine the risk factors in the development of skin cancer.
Methods: The study included 7396 people from all age groups admitted to the dermatology clinic between October 2020 and 2021.
