Phenomenon: Marginalized individuals in medicine face many structural inequities which can have enduring consequences on their progress. Therefore, inequity must be addressed by dismantling underlying unjust policies, environments, and curricula. However, once these injustices have been taken apart, how do we build more just systems from the rubble? Many current strategies to address this question have foundational values of urgency, solutionism, and top-down leadership.

The Land pavilion spans over eight acres in the World Nature section of EPCOT at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The pavilion houses three attractions, namely Soarin' Around the World, Awesome Planet, and the Living with The Land boat ride, complemented by a greenhouse walking tour entitled Behind the Seeds and two restaurants.

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is a common, preventable, sexually transmitted disease with oncogenic potential and increasing incidence. This study aimed to gain an understanding of the knowledge and awareness of HPV, the HPV vaccine, and HPV-related cancers, and to evaluate the relationship between participant factors and HPV knowledge, vaccination uptake, and high-risk HPV (16/18) infection, among Indigenous Australians. Data from the 12-month follow-up of a longitudinal cohort study were utilized, involving 763 Indigenous Australian adults in South Australia.

However, major gaps remain in our understanding of the cells present in PVAT, as well as how different cells contribute to mechanotransduction. We hypothesized that snRNA-seq would reveal the expression of mechanotransducers, and test one (PIEZO1) to illustrate the expression and functional agreement between single-nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) and physiological measurements.
