NEUROFIBROMATOSIS TYPE I AND ITS DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA: A CLINICAL OBSERVATION.

The aim - to consider the etiopathogenesis, the main clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria of NF1, and present a clinical case from their practice. The paper analyzes the research findings in recent publications, focused on the studied issue using the methods of continuous sampling, synthesis and generalization, bibliosemantic evaluation and content analysis. In order to attract the attention of family physicians, neurologists, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, surgeons and other specialists, we present our own clinical observation of NF1.

Modern approaches to prevention of periodontal diseases in pregnancy: a review.

Objective: Introduction: In the modern literature, a variety of treatment regimens for periodontal diseases in pregnant women have been suggested and recommended for use in practical public health. And yet the concept of "dental diseases prevention in pregnancy" does not fully reflect the essence of the necessary measures to maintain the dental health of women during this period. The aim: The aim of the present paper is to study the scientific literature on the issue of preventing periodontal diseases in pregnancy.

[On the problem of syncopal conditions in the neurological practice].

Objective: Introduction: At present, syncopal conditions remain an interdisciplinary problem. Most often, syncope is a consequence of organic or functional damage to the central nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the endocrine system. Among the various types of paroxysmal states that are observed in the neurological practice, syncopal conditions rank the first position by frequency.

[Anti-Tumour Activity of Dinitrosyl Iron Complex with Glutathione and S-Nitrosoglutathione Preparations: Comparative Studies].

The anti-tumor activity of the binuclear form of dinitrosyl iron complexes with glutathione against Lewis lung carcinoma, found earlier upon intraperitoneal administration of the complexes, was also observed when this preparation was injected subcutaneously. A 100 μM/kg subcutaneous dose of the complex being used daily (as calculated per one iron atom in binuclear dinitrosyl iron complexes) for 10 or 15 days, inhibited the tumor growth by 43%. The effect was observed during the first two weeks after tumor transplantation.

[GLOSSALGIA SYNDROME AS SUPRAESOPHAGEAL MANIFESTATION OF GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE].

The case of clinical supervision of the patient having polimorbid pathology is presented. One of extraesophageal manifestations of a gastroesophageal reflux disease is the glossalgia. Glossalgia is the polyetiological disease.
