195 girls aged 14-16 years with the disturbances of sexual development of chromosomal and non-chromosomal genesis were examined. In girls with Shereshevsky-Turner syndrome, the body mass and length, as well as the relative adipose tissue content, were significantly decreased as compared with those in girls with the disturbances of sexual development of non-chromosomal genesis. The differences in somatotype distribution between these groups were detected.

KF activity was similar in the compared groups and 14 control girls, while SDG activity and FSH levels were much higher in STS girls compared to control girls and girls with amenorrhea of non-chromosome genesis. Thus, FSH has a considerable influence upon metabolic parameters of immune system cells.

The changes found in the levels of thymocyte NADP-dependent dehydrogenases while exposing the rabbits to radiation in the area of the femur, as well as the area-related differences in the modulating effects of laser radiation on the activity of the lymphocytic enzymes under study indicate the mediated cellular metabolic regulation which is likely to be chiefly affected by the autonomic nervous system in the first postradiation minutes.
