[Computer technologies in diagnostics and treatment of worsening post-enucleation socket syndrome].

Unlabelled: Enucleation with primary orbital implantation and the use of ocular prosthesis does not exclude the risk of post-enucleation socket syndrome (PESS). Correction of such conditions requires modern visualization methods and software for calculation, modelling and control of the surgery.

Purpose: To demonstrate the capabilities of modern computer technologies in diagnostics and treatment of patients with worsening post-enucleation enophthalmos.

[Functional disorders in patients with lip and nose deformity after cheilorhinoplasty].

Clinical analysis of the nasolabial complex in patients suffering of the unilateral cleft lip and palate deformity after cheilorhinoplasty is presented in the article. Functional disorders such as nasal breathe impairment and it's relation to the nasolabial muscle dystonia in the dependency of primary cheilorhinoplasty type are analyzed. The plan of surgical treatment as well as the postoperative rehabilitation using the botulotoxin injections is offered.

[Nasal breath recovery and rhinoplasty in cleft lip and palate patient with unilateral choanal atresia].

The paper presents the analysis of clinical case of endoscopic nasal breath restoration and elimination of the secondary cleft lip nasal deformity in 27 years old patient with unilateral choanal atresia and secondary nasal deformity after rhinocheiloplasty. Preoperative examination revealed the absence of nasal breathing on collateral side due to complete bone choanal atresia. Surgical treatment included endoscopic choanal repair, elimination of the secondary nasal deformity, septoplasty, conchotomy and lateroposition of the inferior conchae.

[New way of elimination of total and subtotal defects of auricle].

Today the most often used method - many stage otoplasty method with the use of auto- and allocartilage, the basic positions of which were formulated in 60-70 years. The use of temporoparietal arterialized fascial flap let to improve considerably aesthetic results of the operations and shorten the terms of treatment. Suggested way of elimination of auricle defect differs in that that as framework we use silicone implant repeating the form and relief of auricle and temporoparietal fascial flap is cut out according to the auricle form with the correlation of temporoparietal fascial flap and silicone implant as 1.

[Spiral computer tomography use on the treatment stages of patients with defects and deformations of face bones and soft tissues].

There are discussed possibilities of spiral computer tomography use in cases of defects and deformations of face bones and soft tissues elimination.
