Here, we report the complete genome sequence of sp. strain INIA01, a bacterium isolated from lesions of Zea mays from northern Peru. This genome possesses two circular replicons, a 4.

Among the ecological ramifications associated with these high temperature anomalies are increased mortality of higher trophic organisms such as marine mammals and seabirds, which are likely triggered by changes in the composition of phytoplankton, the base of the marine trophic food web. Here, we assimilated satellite ocean color data into an ocean biogeochemical model to describe changes in the abundance of phytoplankton functional types (PFTs) during the last decade's (2010s) warm anomalies in the equatorial and northeastern Pacific Ocean.

Objective: We aimed to determine the impact of curative procedure on hyperglycemia and its management in patients with CS.
Methods: This retrospective longitudinal cohort study took place 2000 to 2019 in a referral center among adults with endogenous CS and hyperglycemia.

Background: Eliminating hepatitis C virus (HCV) will require effective treatment delivery to persons with substance use disorders (SUDs). We evaluated the relationship between ledipasvir/sofosbuvir treatment persistence (receiving 84 tablets), adherence, and sustained virologic response (SVR) in persons with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/HCV coinfection.
Methods: Of the 144 participants with HIV/HCV and SUDs, 110 initiated a 12-week treatment course under 1 of 3 conditions (usual care, peer mentors, and cash incentives).
Over the last ten years, satellite and geographically constrained in situ observations largely focused on the northern hemisphere have suggested that annual phytoplankton biomass cycles cannot be fully understood from environmental properties controlling phytoplankton division rates (e.g., nutrients and light), as they omit the role of ecological and environmental loss processes (e.
