Metaverse for Exercise Rehabilitation: Possibilities and Limitations.

Objectives: This study aimed to obtain a consensus agreement from an expert panel on the metaverse for exercise rehabilitation in stroke patients using the Delphi technique.

Methods: This study recruited twenty-two experts and conducted three rounds of online surveys between January and February 2023. The Delphi consensus technique was performed online to review and evaluate the framework module.

Effects of Service Quality Characteristics of Neighborhood Sports Facilities on User Satisfaction and Reuse Intention of the Elderly during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Purpose: this study aimed to examine the user satisfaction and reuse intention of the elderly for neighborhood sports facilities in South Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Methods: this study surveyed 386 Korean elderly individuals aged ≥ 65 years, who were users of neighborhood sports facilities, from 1 May to 31 August 2022. A total of 386 questionnaires were used for data analysis, which was carried out using SPSS 23.

Green Tea Seed Oil Suppressed Aβ-Induced Behavioral and Cognitive Deficit via the Aβ-Related Akt Pathway.

The aim of this study was to investigate the availability of seeds, one of the byproducts of green tea, and evaluate the physiological activity of seed oil. The ameliorating effect of green tea seed oil (GTO) was evaluated on H₂O₂-induced PC12 cells and amyloid beta (Aβ)-induced ICR mice. GTO showed improvement of cell viability and reduced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in H₂O₂-induced PC12 cells by conducting the 2',3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) and 2',7'-dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCF-DA) analysis.
