Hypothyroidism has various cardiovascular manifestation and exhibits electrocardiographic change. The QT dispersion on surface ECG reflects regional variations in myocardial repolarization. The effect of L-thyroxine treatment on ECG parameters, such as QT dispersion, in patients with primary hypothyroidism were investigated.
