Aim: To study the vasoprotective effects of atorvastatin depending on the achievement of the target level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in patients with -segment elevation myocardial infarction (EMI) within 48 weeks of follow-up.

Materials And Methods: Included were 112 EMI patients who received atorvastatin 20-40-80 mg. On days 7-9 from the onset of the disease, after 24 and 48 weeks, ultrasound examination of the carotid arteries with RF technology and applanation tonometry were performed, the lipid profile was determined.

Unlabelled: The purpose of the study is to analyze patterns demonstrated by the COVID-19 epidemic process in a megacity during the increase, stabilization and reduction in the incidence, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the epidemic prevention measures.

Materials And Methods: The comprehensive study incorporating epidemiological, molecular genetic and  statistical research methods was conducted to analyze the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in Moscow during the COVID- 19 pandemic.

Results And Discussion: It was found that the exponential growth in COVID-19 cases was prevented due to the most stringent control and restrictive measures deployed in Moscow to break the chains of SARS-CoV-2 transmission and due to people who were very disciplined in complying with the self-isolation rules.

The vast majority of therapies are being evaluated and introduced for the treatment of adult multiple sclerosis (MS). A role of these drugs in the management of pediatric MS has yet to be defined both in Russia and in the whole world. Despite the fact that today the study of new drugs in the pediatric population have included in routine practices of the big pharmaceutical agencies, such as FDA and EMA, recommendations for the treatment of pediatric patients with MS are based not so much on a long period of systematic clinical research, but on professional consensus of international expert associations, in particular, the International pediatric multiple sclerosis study group (IPMSSG).

Basing on general pathophysiological data, the main outlines and principles of early rehabilitation of patients with acute disturbance of cerebral blood flow are considered. Clinical ENMG analysis of peripheral neuromuscular apparatus in 32 patients with right- and left-side location of the lesion in acute and early rehabilitation periods of ischemic stroke is presented. Different variants of ENMG interrelations between paretic and intact extremities and their correlations with functional rehabilitation degree are shown.
