The comparative analsis of the effectiveness of surgical interventions performed by the standard method and using electric welding technology in endocrine surgery was hold. Compared duration of surgery, amount of intraoperatve blood loss, frequency of intra- and early postoperative complications. Found that the use of weding technology ensures shorter duration of surgery, on average by 30%, amount of blood loss--by 20-50%, the frequency of intra- and early postoperative complications.

Found that the analyzed cohort of patients to meet other samples in such characteristics as age of patients and the distribution of the forms of the disease (sporadic, familial, in the syndrome MEN-2B). At the same time it is shown that the number of patients with sporadic medullary carcinoma from the end of the century the alien has increased significantly mainly due to the increase in the number of female patients.

The two groups were compared: duration of surgery, blood loss, postoperative pain intensity, duration of postoperative hospitalization, the frequency of intra-and postoperative complications, histological changes in tissues. The advantages of open adrenalectomy with high-frequency electric welding application feel less duration of surgery and estimated blood loss, lack of necrosis in the surrounding tissues and foreign bodies in the wound, reducing the trauma of surgery, improving rehabilitation.

It is necessary to investigate hormonal activity of these complaints for conduction of timely and radical treatment. The authors have analyzed of complaints, the objective and laboratory investigations data, which were conducted in 122 patients, suffering AI.

There were operated on 280 patients for primary ACC. Adrenalectomy (AE) with en bloc excision of tumor and systematic lymph nodes dissection (paranephral, left-side paraaortal and the right-side paracaval collectors) constitutes the optimal surgical procedure.

Efficacy, indications, contraindications, role of LA in the treatment of surgical adrenal diseases were analyzed. LA is characterized by invasiveness and traumaticity, adequate radicalism, quick rehabilitation, and good remote results.

MRT was conducted to 39 patients with adrenal glands tumors, including 22 - with malignant adrenal gland tumor, 17 - with benign tumor of adrenal gland. MRT constitutes the most effective method of topic diagnosis of the adrenal glands tumor, owes multipurpose possibilities, do not deliver radiation load, permits to visualize the vessels without the contrast media usage.

Treatment with adrenocorticotoxic drug chloditane has been applied decades, but in spite of this we see scrupulous investigations of using chloditane in a complex treatment of ACC be carried out. The author has analyzed the following schemes of chloditane use: in preoperative period, after the potentially radical and non-potentially radical surgery, for symptomatic treatment.
