Measurement of [Formula: see text] production with a veto on additional central jet activity in collisions at [Formula: see text] TeV using the ATLAS detector.

A measurement of the jet activity in [Formula: see text] events produced in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV is presented, using 2.05 fb of integrated luminosity collected by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The [Formula: see text] events are selected in the dilepton decay channel with two identified -jets from the top quark decays.

Measurement of the charge asymmetry in top quark pair production in collisions at [Formula: see text] using the ATLAS detector.

A measurement of the top-antitop production charge asymmetry is presented using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.04 fb of collisions at [Formula: see text] TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Events are selected with a single lepton (electron or muon), missing transverse momentum and at least four jets of which at least one jet is identified as coming from a -quark.

[Disorder of the blood-brain barrier caused by mannitol poisoning in an infant with encephalotoxicosis].

The clinical course of a mannitol intoxication in a 5-month-old infant is reported. Mannitol measurements were performed by gas-chromatographic-mass-spectrometric analysis. The role of the osmolal gap as a simple diagnostic tool in mannitol intoxication was underlined by comparison to serum mannitol levels.

Inv dup (15): prenatal diagnosis and postnatal follow-up.

A de novo inv dup (15) was diagnosed at amniocentesis. No physical abnormalities were detected after birth. The boy developed severe mental and motor retardation, which became obvious at 16 months of age.
