Oral hibernoma along with multiple lipomas.

'Hibernoma' is a neoplasm that arises from vestiges of fetal brown fat, and its occurrence in oral cavity is extremely rare. Its most common locations include thighs, the inter-scapular region, and the cervical region. In the present case, a 37-year-old male patient reported to our department with a localized swelling on his lower left labial mucosa along with multiple cutaneous well-defined swellings on his right arm and abdominal region.

Mandibular Actinomycosis Disguised as a Periapical Lesion.

 is a rare chronic suppurative granulomatous disease caused by commensal bacteria of Actinomyces species. We report an unusual case of a 20-year-old male patient presenting with pain and swelling to the right lower posterior teeth for a few months. Radiographs revealed a well-defined osteolytic lesion extending from the periapical region of the right mandibular first premolar to the right mandibular second molar.

Cherubism: Report of a case.

Cherubism is an uncommon fibro-osseous disorder of the jaw that presents with varying degrees of involvement and tendency towards spontaneous remission. Children are normal at birth and the expanding jaw is noticed within the first year of life becoming progressively larger until the beginning of adolescence. Lesions are characterized by replacement of bone with fibrovascular tissue containing abundant multinucleated giant cells.

Nevus comedonicus syndrome--nevus comedonicus associated with ipsilateral polysyndactyly and bilateral oligodontia.

A 7-year-old boy diagnosed as a case of nevus comedonicus syndrome is presented because of the rarity of the condition and the association of the previously unreported features oligodontia and unilateral polysyndactyly restricted to the same side as the nevus comedonicus.
