Stroke represents a significant global health issue, primarily in the form of ischemic stroke. Despite the availability of therapeutic interventions, the recovery from chronic stroke, occurring 3 months post-initial stroke, poses substantial challenges. A promising avenue for post-acute stroke patients is mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) therapy, which is derived from various sources and is globally recognized as the most utilized and extensively studied stem cell therapy.

Prehospital stroke care delays are a crucial obstacle to successful treatment in these settings, especially given the limited therapeutic window for thrombolytic treatments, which may greatly improve recovery chances when initiated early after stroke onset. These delays are caused by a lack of public understanding of stroke symptoms, sociodemographic and cultural variables, and insufficient healthcare infrastructure.

This case report aimed to show the presence of OSA in stroke can contribute to the increasing chance of mortality and morbidity. We presented a case of first-time stroke in a 64-year-old female with a history of pre-stroke OSA.

This case report emphasizes the importance of patient preferences and cultural considerations in selecting endovascular embolization over traditional surgical approaches for Spetzler-Martin Grade I AVM management, highlighting the evolving practice of patient-centered care in neurointervention. A 30-year-old male presented with recurrent seizures, characterized by a sudden onset of headache followed by speech arrest, without any preceding medical history of neurological deficits.

Methods: A questionnaire was sent out to children between 6 and 18 years old with isolated sagittal synostosis, who had undergone either a frontobiparietal remodeling or extended strip craniotomy, and separately to their parents.
Results: The questionnaire was completed by 96 patients, 81.
Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the predictive value of admission D-dimer levels for in-hospital mortality in patients with COVID-19 and acute ischaemic stroke.
Design: Cohort (prospective).
Setting: Tertiary referral hospital in the capital city of Indonesia conducted from June to December 2021.
With increasing interest in 3D photogrammetry, diverse methods have been developed for craniofacial shape analysis in craniosynostosis patients. This review provides an overview of these methods and offers recommendations for future studies. A systematic literature search was used to identify publications on 3D photogrammetry analyses in craniosynostosis patients until August 2023.

These AI-powered chatbots serve as crucial tools for enhancing patient communication, addressing the rising prevalence of chronic conditions, and meeting the growing demand for supportive healthcare applications. However, there is a notable gap in comprehensive reviews evaluating the impact of AI-powered chatbot interventions in healthcare within academic literature.

Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted (January 2021-November 2022) at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia on consecutively recruited T2DM outpatients aged 40-59 years old.
Background: Indonesia as a developing nation faces a plethora of challenges in applying endovascular therapy (EVT), mostly due to the lack of physicians specialized in neuro-intervention, high operational cost, and time limitation. The efficacy of EVT in improving functional outcomes of stroke in developing countries has not been previously studied.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Dr.
Objectives: Speech problems in patients with a cleft palate are often complex and multifactorial. Finding the optimal way of monitoring these problems is challenging. The International Consortium of Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) has developed a set of standardised outcome measures at specific ages for patients with a cleft lip and/or palate, including measures of speech assessment.

Although the anticipation that psychosocial issues, such as work demand and workplace violence, have diminished and nurses' job satisfaction has improved, there is a scarcity of studies in Indonesia investigating this matter.
Objective: This study aimed to 1) explore the current state of nurses' work demands, workplace violence, and job satisfaction and 2) examine the relationships between work demands, workplace violence, and respondents' characteristics with nurses' job satisfaction.
Background: This study evaluated the health-related quality of life (HR-QoL) in patients with sagittal synostosis (SS), and the influence of frequent headaches and surgical techniques on the HR-QoL.
Method: Patients with SS aged 8 to 18 years were invited to participate between June 2016 and February 2017. The Child Health Questionnaire was used to assess the HR-QoL.
Background: Mobile phone apps have reached almost all sectors of everyday modern human life, including health promotion and patient education intervention. Regarding asthma self-management programs, apps are considered to be a potential learning medium for patients with asthma, especially young patients, due to their effectiveness in improving patients' knowledge and, consequently, the level of asthma control.
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the AsmaDroid® mobile app, as compared with conventional educational methods, as a self-management educational intervention tool for improving asthma control among young patients.
This study aimed to assess the reliability and agreement of automated head measurements using 3-dimensional (3D) photogrammetry in young children. Specifically, the study evaluated the agreement between manual and automated occipitofrontal circumference (OFC) measurements (n = 264) obtained from 3D images of 188 patients diagnosed with sagittal synostosis using a novel automated method proposed in this study. In addition, the study aimed to determine the interrater and intrarater reliability of the automatically extracted OFC, cephalic index, and volume.
