Objective: This study aims to identify the functional heterogeneity in fully or partially remitted patients with bipolar disorder and explore the correlations between psychosocial functioning and sociodemographic, clinical, neurocognitive and biochemical variables.
Methods: One hundred and forty fully or partially remitted patients with bipolar disorder () and seventy healthy controls were recruited. The patients were grouped into different profiles based on the Functioning Assessment Short Test () domain scores by hierarchical cluster analysis.
Background: Working memory (WM) deficit is considered a core feature and cognitive biomarker in patients with schizophrenia. Several studies have reported prominent object WM deficits in patients with schizophrenia, suggesting that visual WM in these patients extends to non-spatial domains. However, whether non-spatial WM is similarly affected remains unclear.
