Objective This study aims to identify the risk factors associated with postoperative complications following standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for better results with the emergence of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL)/retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) in recent years. Methodology This retrospective study was conducted in the Department of Urology, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, tertiary health care center in Chennai, India, from January 2018 to December 2023. Records of demographic information, along with clinical presentations like any urinary tract infection (UTI), hematuria, or loin pain were recorded.

Despite its historically high case fatality rate, prompt and accurate diagnosis combined with a multidisciplinary treatment approach has been shown to significantly improve patient outcomes. This case series discusses three patients with diverse presentations of WS, each managed with tailored therapeutic strategies involving a combination of conservative management, super selective renal artery embolization, and surgical interventions such as nephrectomy.

Myeloid sarcoma of the testis after allogeneic bone marrow stem cell transplantation is very rare and only few cases are reported in the literature. It is usually misdiagnosed as malignant lymphoma, particularly with large cell lymphoma, due to similar histological morphology.

The aim is to analyze various risk factors of PTS and see if the overall incidence is underreported.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in our institution between January 2017 and December 2018 in men who underwent TURP.
A 22-year-old known case of 45XO/46XY mixed gonadal dysgenesis, reared as a male, presented with complaints of suprapubic and left iliac fossa pain for the past 1 month. The patient underwent laparoscopic right orchidectomy (streak) + Mullerian remnant excision + left orchidopexy + first-stage hypospadias repair 10 years back. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed a large complex cyst in the left side of the pelvis and rectovesical space.

Most complications are related to graft rejection, immune-suppressive drug toxicity and the operative procedure. Stents are placed after a transplant to prevent urine leak at the site of ureteric reimplantation, to facilitate an early healing in immune-suppressed individuals and to prevent obstruction at the site of ureteral anastomosis.

We present a case of an elderly man, who on evaluation for bilateral undescended testes was found to have a pelvic mass suggestive of malignant transformation of an undescended testis on imaging. On surgical exploration, uterus with multiple fibroids, bilateral fallopian tubes, cervix and bilateral atrophic testes were identified.

Tuberculosis is an important infectious disease cause of morbidity and death in renal transplant recipients. Tuberculosis can also cause loss of kidney allograft.

Aim: To recognize typical and atypical clinical and radiological features of tuberculosis and to emphasize the need for diagnosing GUTB early.
Gonadal vein aneurysm is a very rare anomaly and the aetiology is often unknown. Many factors have been said as contributory such as multiple pregnancies, multiple pelvic surgeries, pelvic tumours or pelvic congestion, but none of them have been strongly or closely associated with the lesion. Here, we present a case of left gonadal vein aneurysm in a female with its management.

Gone are the days when supracostal punctures were considered to be associated with a high morbidity. With increased expertise gained in performing multiple punctures and further refinements in focusing techniques, more and more of these procedures are being performed with an intention to achieve a maximum stone clearance with least morbidity.

We present a case of migration and coiling of a forgotten stent in the renal pelvis, and discuss briefly, the etiological factors for the phenomenon and associated problems in management.
