Objective: This study evaluated the renoprotective effects of p-Coumaric acid nanoparticles (PCNPs) in nephropathic rats.
Methods: Six groups of male Albino Wistar rats were randomly assigned. Group 1 was the control, while Group 2 received 45 mg/kg of streptozotocin (STZ) to induce diabetic nephropathy.
Diabetic nephropathy (DN) has become a leading cause of end-stage renal failure worldwide. The goal of the current study was to examine the protective effects of chitosan-loaded -Coumaric acid nanoparticles (PCNPs) in nephrotoxicity induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Because of the antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties of PCNPs, the development of DN may be considerably decreased.

Objective: The objective of the study was to develop new Cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors as anti-inflammatory agents from the synthetic route.
Materials And Methods: The 2-phenyl-4H-chromen-4-one and 2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-4H-chromenone hybrids were synthesised and characterised by using UV, IR, H-NMR, and mass spectrometry. An attempt was made for consolidated lead flavones and flavanones scaffolds by determining ADME/ T properties.
