The efficiency of the procedure was evaluated in 55 patients, including 25 patients diagnosed as having urinary tract tuberculosis and 30 with nonspecific infections. The urethral microcirculatory parameters studied during the tuberculin challenge confirmed the changes available in all the patients with urinary tract tuberculosis while they were absent in patients with nonspecific pathology.
