Objective: To explore the protective effect of NANOG against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) -induced cell damage in the human hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells (hHF-MSCs).

Methods: NANOG was expressed from a lentiviral vector, pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen.
