How to aggregate spatial-temporal information plays an essential role in video super-resolution (VSR) tasks. Despite the remarkable success, existing methods adopt static convolution to encode spatial-temporal information, which lacks flexibility in aggregating information in large-scale remote sensing scenes, as they often contain heterogeneous features (e.g.

The reason lies in that the new modality may cause confused predictions due to uncertain and inconsistent patterns and quality in some positions, where the direct fusion consequently raises the negative gain for the final decision. In this paper, considering the potentially negative impacts within a modality, we propose multi-modal Positive-Negative impact region Double Calibration pipeline, called PNDC, to mitigate misinformation transfer of modality fusion.

Nonetheless, there is substantial anatomic variation in ALT perforators that affect flap integrity, survival rates, and donor-site morbidity. Regardless of the ALT flap type, accurate location of perforators can greatly improve surgical success rates and reduce the risk of secondary surgeries.

PROC patients with multiple recurrences are unable to continue highly toxic treatment after prior multiple lines of systemic therapy. Chemotherapy-free option lenvatinib plus anti-programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) combination therapy has shown promising results in several malignancies including ovarian cancer, but the toxicity of a high starting dose of lenvatinib is also notable and needs to be improved.

Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among diabetic patients from nine communities in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China, using convenient sampling. Based on the survey results, data from three communities were randomly selected as the test set, with the remaining data used as the training set.
Highly efficient perovskite solar cells (PSCs) in the n-i-p structure have demonstrated limited operational lifetimes, primarily due to the layer-to-layer ion diffusion in the perovskite/doped hole-transport layer (HTL) heterojunction, leading to conductivity drop in HTL and component loss in perovskite. Herein, we introduce an ultrathin (~7 nm) p-type polymeric interlayer (D18) with excellent ion-blocking ability between perovskite and HTL to address these issues. The ultrathin D18 interlayer effectively inhibits the layer-to-layer diffusion of lithium, methylammonium, formamidium, and iodide ions.

We aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy with 2 g amoxicillin or 3 g amoxicillin, and to assess the short-term effects of therapy on the gut microbiota and antibiotic resistome.
Methods: We conducted an open-label, non-inferiority randomised controlled trial at 12 centres in China.
This study is aimed at investigating health literacy (HL) among diabetes mellitus (DM) patients using a comprehensive, scientific, feasible, and suitable HL assessment indicator system tailored for the diabetic population in mainland China and systematically analyzing the factors influencing HL in this population. The Delphi expert consultation method was employed to initially draft and refine the Diabetes Health Literacy Evaluation Indicator System (DHLEIS). The reliability and representativeness of the indicator system were tested through metrics including the active coefficient, authority degree, and coordination degree.

Objective: To compare risk of recurrence and death between AMs associated with pre-existing nevi and de novo AMs.
Methods: We conducted a multicenter retrospective cohort study involving patients diagnosed with AMs between February 2011 and November 2022.
Herein, we demonstrate a practical dual ligand-enabled iron photocatalysis paradigm-converting all kinds of halogen-containing carboxylates (C X COO, X: F, Cl, Br) into C X radicals for the valuable chloro/fluoro-polyhaloalkylation of non-activated alkenes with easily available trichloroacetonitrile/Selectfluor as the electrophilic halogenation reagent. The modular assembly of the effective iron and C X COO-based light-harvesting species using the two ligands-OMe/CF-substituted bipyridine and acetonitrile/trichloroacetonitrile is evidenced by detailed mechanistic studies. The late-stage modification, low loading amount of iron (TON: 257) and feasible gram-scale synthesis show the utility of this protocol.

Enlonstobart (SG001) is a fully humanized and high-affinity anti-PD-1 immunoglobulin G4 monoclonal antibody. Previous phase Ib study demonstrated that SG001 had a promising efficacy in patients with PD-L1 positive r/mCC.

The first-row transition metals (Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu) are Earth-abundant and can be employed to regulate radical C-H functionalization. The use of such metals is desirable because of the diverse interaction modes between first-row transition metal complexes and radical species including radical addition to the metal center, radical addition to the ligand of metal complexes, radical substitution of the metal complexes, single-electron transfer between radicals and metal complexes, hydrogen atom transfer between radicals and metal complexes, and noncovalent interaction between the radicals and metal complexes.

Herein, we demonstrate the use of a Brønsted acid to unlock robust and practical iron ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT) photocatalysis for the activation of multifarious inert haloalkylcarboxylates (CXCOO, X = F or Cl) to produce CX radicals. This process enables the fluoro-polyhaloalkylation of non-activated alkenes by combining easily available Selectfluor as a fluorine source.

Senaparib is a PARP inhibitor that demonstrated antitumor activity in patients with solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, in phase 1 studies. The multicenter, double-blind, phase 3 trial FLAMES randomized (2:1) 404 females with advanced ovarian cancer (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage III-IV) and response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy to senaparib 100 mg (n = 271) or placebo (n = 133) orally once daily for up to 2 years.

Transformer-based method has demonstrated promising performance in image super-resolution tasks, due to its long-range and global aggregation capability. However, the existing Transformer brings two critical challenges for applying it in large-area earth observation scenes: (1) redundant token representation due to most irrelevant tokens; (2) single-scale representation which ignores scale correlation modeling of similar ground observation targets. To this end, this paper proposes to adaptively eliminate the interference of irreverent tokens for a more compact self-attention calculation.

Depth image-based rendering (DIBR) techniques play an essential role in free-viewpoint videos (FVVs), which generate the virtual views from a reference 2D texture video and its associated depth information. However, the background regions occluded by the foreground in the reference view will be exposed in the synthesized view, resulting in obvious irregular holes in the synthesized view. To this end, this paper proposes a novel coarse and fine-grained fusion hierarchical network (CFFHNet) for hole filling, which fills the irregular holes produced by view synthesis using the spatial contextual correlations between the visible and hole regions.
