Background: " (RCT)" is a common endodontic procedure targeted at preserving teeth compromised by pulp infection. The debate over the optimal number of visits for RCT remains inconclusive, with single- and multiple-visit approaches both being advocated.
Methods: A prospective research was conducted on 100 subjects undergoing RCT at a tertiary care center.
Waste segregation is an essential aspect of a smoothly functioning waste management system. Usually, various recyclable waste types are disposed of together at the source, and this brings in the necessity to segregate them into their categories. Dry waste needs to be separated into its own categories to ensure that the proper procedures are implemented to treat and process it, which leads to an overall increased recycling rate and reduced landfill impact.

Many fungal antagonists against F. sacchari, have been reported, but the potential of bacterial antagonists was explored to a limited extent, so the present study evaluated the antagonistic potential of rhizoplane Bacillus species and their mode of action.

Locally recurrent unresectable melanoma of extremity has been treated with high-dose anticancer chemotherapy via isolated limb perfusion (ILP) to improve local efficacy of drug and salvage limbs.

Materials And Methods: A retrospective study of patients with advanced HCC receiving ICIs (as first-line therapy or as later lines of therapy) across 11 Indian institutions was conducted. Patients were divided into either cohort 1 (trial-like receiving ICI as first-line therapy), with a Child Pugh score (CTP) of ≤6, an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) of 0/1, and no VP4 (main portal vein thrombosis [MPVT]) or cohort 2 (trial unlike) who did not satisfy at least one of the above criteria.
Purvish M. ParikhCancer-associated anemia (CAA) remains a major unmet need that compromises overall survival (OS) and quality of life (QoL). Currently, available guidelines do not take into consideration the unique challenges in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC).

Background: Preventing the apical extrusion of debris during instrumentation is of paramount importance to reduce the occurrence of flare-ups in endodontically treated teeth. Furthermore, an essential requirement for the longevity and strength of an endodontically treated tooth and its ability to resist fracture is the preservation of residual dentin thickness during instrumentation. The aim of this study was to compare the amount of debris extrusion, remaining dentin thickness at the coronal third, middle third, apical third, and the fracture resistance of the teeth using rotary (TruNatomy; Dentsply Sirona, Charlotte, NC) and reciprocating (WaveOne Gold; Dentsply Sirona) endodontic file systems.

Differences in the breast cancer incidence and tumor anatomical features at diagnosis, pharmacogenomics data between Western and Indian women along with the vast diversity in the economic status and differences in insurance policies of these regions; suggest recommendations put forward for Western women might not be applicable to Indian/Asian women. Opinions from oncologists through a voting survey on various prognostic factors/tools to be considered for planning adjuvant therapy are consolidated in this report for the benefit of oncologists of the sub-continent, SAARC and Asia's LMIC (low and middle-income countries).

Lung cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers in India, with a reported adenocarcinoma positivity ranging between 26.1% and 86.

AYUSH research portal (ARP) is meant for the dissemination of research findings in the domains of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-rigpa, and Homoeopathy and allied faculties. The study attempts to understand the trend of published Ayurveda clinical trial-based articles in terms of quality and quantity.

Oncogenic tumour diseases are major threat to poultry industry. Marek's disease (MD), avian leukosis (ALV) and reticulosendotheliosis virus (REV) are the major tumour causing immunosuppressive viral diseases of chicken. A total of 120 tissue samples presented with tumour lesions from different chicken flocks of coloured broiler, layer breeders and native chicken breeds were screened for MDV, ALV and REV by histopathology and virus specific PCRs individually.

Continuous surveillance with molecular investigation is essential to monitor the emergence of virulent Marek's disease virus (MDV) strains and to devise any appropriate vaccination strategy and implement bio-security programmes. In the present study, we investigated the cases of MD outbreaks in vaccinated poultry flocks.

To date, data comparing adductor canal block (ACB) with femoral nerve block (FNB) in the same patient who underwent bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA) remain limited.
Methods: We performed a prospective, non-randomised, controlled study.
A facile strategy was developed for the synthesis of biologically important 4,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines and pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin]-2-ones by treating 2-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)anilines with imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carbaldehyde or isatin, using amidosulfonic acid (NH SO ) as a solid catalyst in water at room temperature. The protocol has been extended to electrophile ninhydrin. The catalyst could be recycled for six times without the loss of activity.

After oral administration, CD is rapidly absorbed with an absolute bioavailability of 18-25% because of low solubility and extensive first-pass metabolism.
Objective: The present investigation focused on enhanced oral delivery of CD using supersaturated self-emulsifying drug delivery (SEDDS) system.
Redox potential is one of the key regulators in determining the fate of the metabolic pathways of biocatalysts and of their associated product synthesis in microbial electrochemical systems. In the present study, the influence of applied potentials on fermentation products and metabolic flux was investigated using isolated E. coli HP3 as a model organism using pyruvate as a substrate.
