THE HUMAN RIGHT TO QUALITY MEDICAL CARE: CHANGING THE PARADIGM OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN STATES AND INTERACTION OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

The article examines the issue of international cooperation between states to ensure the human right to quality medical aid, the paradigm of which is radically changing under the influence of such a catalyst as the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the issue of interaction between public authorities and local governments for ensuring this right in foreign countries.The purpose of the article is to identify features of normative-legal as well as organizational and legal (institutional) mechanisms of international cooperation between countries to ensure the human right to quality medical aid during the Covid-19 pandemic, interaction of public authorities and local governments to ensure this right in foreign countries.The object of the research is the public relations arising during the Covid-19 pandemic with international cooperation of states as for ensuring the human right to quality medical aidalong with the interaction of public authorities and local governments.

[Endomembrane system of fungi: traditional and modern conceptions].

The review is devoted to the endomembrane system in Fungi, which is mostly presented in cell by membrane organelles, taking part in exo- and endocytosis. Main tenets of the modern model of exo- and endocytosis are covered by the example of the apical cells of filamentous fungi. Particular attention is given to studies of endomembrane system, which were carried out by electron microscopy in the last century--the era in science preceding the prevalence of methods of fluorescence microscopy, immune and molecular genetic tagging.

Aging and anti-aging mechanisms operating on these levels of organization can be considered as common ones for all living things. Fungi, as an object with tissular-like organization of thallus, afford a broad spectrum of possibilities as to solving the tasks of general gerontological import.

[Immunogenicity of protective antigen extracted from asporogenic recombinant strain Bacillus anthracis].

Proteolytic enzymes of the fungi attract attention of investigators due to many reasons among which their large diversity, wide substrate specificity, stability under extreme conditions (pH, temperature) are most important. Their functional significance, including various processes, from hydrolysis of macromolecular substrates under deficiency of nitrogen compounds to initiation and maintenance of pathogenesis, is also very interesting. The present review deals with classification and biochemical properies of extracellular fungal proteinases, their physiological role as well as fields of practical application.

[Immunogenicity of the recombinant Bacillus strains with cloned gene of biosynthesis of protective antigen against Bacillus anthracis].

Microbe Russian Anti-Plague Research Institute, Saratov A hybrid plasmid pUB110PA-1 demonstrating stable functioning in the cells of Bacillus strains and containing the gene of biosynthesis of Bacillus anthracis protective antigen was constructed. The recombinant strains surpassing the anthrax vaccinal cultures in the secreted synthesis of the protective antigen were obtained and their immunological efficacy was assessed.
