Introduction: Advanced penile squamous cell carcinoma (pSCC) is a rare and aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis and an unmet need for biomarkers. We performed a retrospective evaluation of real-world efficacy, safety outcomes, and baseline inflammatory biomarkers in patients with advanced pSCC treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).

Methods: We performed a retrospective review of patients with advanced pSCC who received ICIs from 2012 to 2023 at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Thirty male Wistar albino rats were divided into four groups: sham group (n = 10), IRI group (n = 10), vitamin B group (n = 10), vitamin B + ALA group (n = 10). In the IRI, vitamin B, and vitamin B + ALA groups, the rats underwent 45 min of hepatic ischemia followed by 60 min of reperfusion.

Extramammary Paget disease (EMPD) is a rare dermatologic malignancy with a high rate of recurrence and increased risk for developing secondary malignancies. We present a 74-year-old male with previously resected primary EMPD who presented with widespread PSMA-avid lesions without prostatic uptake, an elevated PSA >100, and a negative prostate biopsy. Based on this and immunohistological staining, recurrent EMPD was suspected.
