The aim of this work was to investigate whether the use of magnetoledotherapy will accelerate the elimination of osteolytic lesions of the dental periapical area, and provide for prosthetic treatment. What impact on time of healing does the inflammatory change location, type of treatment or patient's age have? 69 patients underwent the examination. The problem of osteolytic lesions in the course of protracted or protracted acute dental periapical tissue inflammation was determined.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the electric potentials within the oral cavity in patients with metal fillings and metal prosthetic restorations, after using a pulsed electromagnetic field. The study was carried out on 84 patients.

Material And Methods: Coronal dentin samples were collected from twenty one premolar teeth extracted for prosthetic or periodontal indications, including 11 intact teeth and 10 teeth with a significant occlusal wear. Samples were placed in concentrated nitric acid and diluted 500 times for the analysis of calcium and magnesium content and 11 times for the analysis of zinc.
Aim: To assess the influence of low frequency magnetic fields on the contents of calcium, magnesium and fluoride in saliva.
Subjects And Methods: Sixty two patients were subjected to magnetic stimulation with low frequency magnetic fields of mean induction 3 microT at the first intervention and 4 microT at the following fourteen ones. Saliva was sampled before magnetic stimulation and after the 5th, 10th and 15th interventions.
Introduction: Introducing new methods of treatment in dentistry cause various alloys to appear in oral cavities. These alloys present in the oral cavity may generate an electrolytic cell, while saliva serves as a fine electrolytic conductor. Hence, the electropotentials that occur may initiate different illnesses.

The study group consisted of 25 patients, aged 18 to 35 years, appearing for dental treatment. Two microsamples of the superficial layer of enamel were collected from each patient with the acid biopsy technique.

Material And Methods: Ozone therapy was used in 20 patients, including eight with lip herpes, five after dental surgery and chiseling of third molars, six with seborrheal inflammation of facial skin and one with mycosis of the toes.
Introduction: The specific structure of enamel fissures of molar teeth requires pre-treatment before a sealant can be effectively applied.
Material And Methods: The air abrasion technique is gaining acceptance for this purpose. This study was undertaken to examine the effect of air abrasion on the shape and surface of fissures at three levels (entry, middle part and fundus).
Introduction: The objective of this study was to determine the content of fluorides and magnesium in permanent teeth of children and adolescents with constitutional delay of growth and development (CDGD) and to correlate the findings with susceptibility to caries.
Material And Methods: Our study group consisting of 20 patients with CDGD, aged 11 to 20 years, was compared with an age-matched control group of 20 normal subjects. Dentition status was assessed according to the average DMFs score.
The concentration of fluoride in superficial layers of enamel of permanent teeth was studied in 14-year-old children residing in Szczecin and Bialystok-two cities differing regarding the level of environmental fluorine pollution. It was found that higher environmental pollution with fluorine favors the accumulation of this element in superficial layers of enamel in the form of structural fluoride. Total and structural fluoride concentration decreased with layer depth.
