Minor Papillary Relief in a Type IA Choledochal Cyst: A Case Report and Review of the Literature.

Choledochal cysts are an anatomical conundrum as they present with nonspecific symptoms generally delaying diagnosis and treatment. Its lag time remains critical, as cholangiocarcinoma, a fatal sequelae, contributes to its morbidity and mortality. Herein, we present a case of a type 1A choledochal cyst.
