Polypills, which combine blood pressure, cholesterol, and homocysteine drugs, hold significant potential for lowering the risk of CVD.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder, with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) significantly impacting the cardiovascular (CV) system. Our comprehensive study on the cardiovascular effects of liraglutide, conducted concurrently with the formulation of diabetes treatment guidelines, aims to provide healthcare providers and patients with reassurance regarding the safety and effectiveness of liraglutide. From the beginning until August 20, 2023, we conducted searches in databases including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and Google Scholar.

This case report presents a comprehensive analysis of a peripheral schwannoma in a 29-year-old male patient who presented with numbness, pain, and paresthesias on the plantar aspect of the left foot.
